I loved almost everything about the place. It is kid friendly and has one of the best swimming pools. Their breakfast buffet is really good. Has a lot of options to choose from. Their new GM, Mr John, is extremely professional and friendly and manages the staff really well. I see a huge difference in their customer service and the friendliness of each and every staff member compared to last year.

The hotel is a luxurious hotel with apartments in an upscale complex with an indoor swimming pool that serves all visitors, in addition to the restaurant on the fourth floor that serves breakfast of various types and tastes that satisfy all categories of tourists and visitors. The presence of the outdoor swimming pool and gym in the same role All bathrooms have Shattaf on them, which indicates more cleanliness for the users.

Beautiful property, an oasis in a very busy and congested city. The towers of the property create an enclosed area with the pool, filled with trees and tropical plants. There are restaurants and a pool bar, all accessible in shaded and breezy open walkway. The heath club is modern and the dressing rooms luxurious. Rooms are big and nicely furnished and decorated. Staff is attentive, always making us feel welcome.

The hotel was excellent and comfortable. A free shuttle to nearby sites is also available. Plentiful restaurants within walking distance, and a 7-11 and Starbucks are minutes away. Breakfast buffet is delicious and servers are wonderful.

Pretty much all of it was great. The breakfast buffet was really tasty, the room was very clean, bed was comfortable, they currently give an automatic upgraded (if you ask for it, lol) room, the pool area is fantastic, staff were really helpful and discreet and the residential neighborhood it's in is leafy and clean, nearby restaurants are good and most have average prices. In this Covid era, we got a one-bedroom suite with kitchen, 2 big tvs, a balcony and a washing machine(!). for $60 online. When tourists return, the room we got must be $100 or more but right now it's a steal. No tout hassle at all on the street.

very classy, clean, and spacious! we loved the apartment style rooms, HUGE! had to extend stay for 1 more day and that wasn't a problem, very accommodating. breakfast was nice also but overcrowded- had to wait for coffee for a long time until manager informed us we can get some coffee also at the bar. at another resort they had one lady bringing coffee to tables and that seemed to work very well and cleared the congestion during breakfast as everyone wants coffee.

Even quite a big hotel/apartment complex, is feels very cosy. Staff is simply wonderful, especially in bar/restaurant facilities. Quite some nice facilities around (massage, bars, little eateries). Pool/garden area is also really nice.

Perfect location for families who need a pool, decent breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, stable Internet, easy to reach other parts of Bangkok...
